Ive been looking for something to help me track workouts at a gym that used to be CrossFit but is not TECHNICALLY CrossFit. So I want something that involves HIIT workouts like CrossFit but isnt confined to whatever is the official WOD. Also, I dont need the app to be my trainer for me - I already go to my gym. I wanted something that lets me track what Ive done and how I did.
This app is about the only one I could find that does that.
Id like it better if it had menus where I could select common workouts rather than typing everything out in the notes or description sections, but this is the only reasonable option I have found.
